40 Ways to Make Money on the Internet

I did a little bookmark scrub this morning and thought I would share the remaining content of my “Online Money” folder. To warn you, there are certain things that I don’t like and never bookmark so:

What’s NOT included: Taking Paid Surveys, Getting Paid to Surf the Internet, MLM, Contest Sites, “Buy my DVD, CD, Audiobook”, etc.

What IS included: Things you can use to legitimately make money online - Everything from Getting Paid to review software to good ole’ Adsense.

Anyway, here you go. The second batch is is available here.

  • Adbrite - Sell space on your site for text ads
  • Amazon Affiliate Program - Easily create a store or shopping section on your site instead of sending your visitors to Amazon. Amazon handles the shopping cart and fulfillment.
  • Amazon Seller - Sell your stuff on Amazon
  • Associated Content - If you write a story, how-to, rant, etc. you can submit it to them and they will pay you $3-$20 per article if they like it
  • Azoogleads - Another ad program. They do have some decent companies lined up as advertisers. You provide space, they’ll provide an ad.
  • BidVertiser - PPC (pay per click) program with a low $10 payout amount.
  • Build a Niche Store - This is a simple store / website development platform which enables you to create content based sites that generate income through the eBay affiliate programs. Pretty darn simple.
  • Blog - Start a blog and consistently write excellent content. With good ad placement, you may make some money. I detail my process here: Simply Said, How to Blog.
  • Business Opportunities Blog - I am adding this because I am a subscriber to their site and I see ideas everyday that could result in making money. A lot of the ideas pertain to online businesses. If you are an aspiring entrepreneur, it’s a good reference.
  • Cafepress - You provide a design, they’ll toss it on a T-Shirt, Hat, etc. No upfront costs. Get a free online shop and promote your products on your website.
  • Chitika - Their eMiniMalls service has shown great results for many Bloggers and site owners. You choose a keyword and they show relevant products on your site using a pretty unique interface.
  • Clickbank - Quickly becoming my favorite affiliate program. They have thousands of things for you to advertise on your site.
  • ClicknWork - Get paid $5-$150 per hour for basically doing freelance work on a per-assignment basis. You have to pass a pretty tough test to get in.
  • Clicksor - These are the guys that generate contextual ads on sites that show up when you hover over a double-underlined word.
  • Commission Junction - If you have a site, you can join Commission Junction. Once enrolled for free, you can choose companies whose ads are pertinent to your site. Companies have the ultimate say on working with you. There are easily over 1,000 companies to choose from here.
  • CreamAid - For blogs only, advertisers provide you with a topic and you write about it on your site. To do this, you have to install a flash widget into your blog post. The more people you bring into the conversation through the widget, the more you get paid. It’s difficult to explain.
  • eefoof - Think of it as YouTube + Flickr + Music. You add original content and they pay you based on the visitors you attract.
  • Ether - If you are an expert on something, Ether provides a way for people to pay you to talk about it in a one-on-one setting. If you want to charge $250/hr, that’s fine. You have to do all the advertising so you should have a blog or site already established.
  • eBay- Come on, you know what this is. Gather your junk and sell it!

  • eBay Stores - If you have a real store and want to sell your stuff online, this is a decent option to get you started.
  • ELance - Name gives it away. Programmers, Codes, Web Designers, Writers, Editors, can look for freelance opportunities.
  • Feedvertising - This is an arm of Text Link Ads and is currently only good for Wordpress 2.0 Users. This does me no good currently, but as you can guess, they place ads in your feed(s).
  • Feedburner / Google - Not only are they the best place to house your feeds, they will also add ads to your feed and website. You get paid per impression and if you implement Google Adsense to your feed, you are paid per click.
  • Google Adsense - Come on, you don’t need an explanation; these ads are all over the place. Google displays relevant ads based on your site’s content
  • Google Adwords - Create simple text ads and choose keywords that determine when they are displayed. This is where the Adsense Content comes from. You do not need a site for this.
  • H3.com - Get paid to fill jobs. Commissions range from $50-$5,000. It all depends on how tough the job is to fill and how desperate the hiring company is. This is another one that’s tough to explain.
  • Indeed.com - Add their job board to your site. They then post jobs based on the geographic location of visitors and the position types you pre-select. I tried it and I they continually report that I sent 0 visitors and I know that’s not right. Nevertheless, I may have an isolated problem so they make the list.
  • InnerSell - If you have a customer that wants to buy something you cannot sell, you can sell the lead here.
  • Jellyfish - This is a shopping site that pays you a percentage of the purchases made by people you refer. They are not part of a wider affiliate program so you do it direct.
  • Jigsaw - It’s a pretty flaky model but if you have a Rolodex full of good contacts, you can sell them here. I can’t make sense of it but it looks like you get $0.10 per profile.
  • KarmaOne - They are basically a recruiting website. If you fill one of their jobs by finding a good candidate, you’ll get paid anywhere from $50-$12,000. It all depends on how desperate the hiring company is.
  • LinkShare.com - If you have a site, you can join Linkshare. Once enrolled for free, you can choose companies whose ads are pertinent to your site. Companies have the ultimate say on working with you. Like Commission Junction, there are a ton of companies waiting to evaluate your site.
  • Microsoft Adcenter - Bid on keywords and Microsoft places your created ads then they are searched for. This is similar to Google Adwords. You do not need a site for this.
  • Overstock.com - Sell your stuff on Overstock.com
  • Pageflakes - This is a company that developed a user-defined Ajax homepage to show feeds, flickr photos, and a ton of other things. Think of it as a replacement for your Google Homepage. Anyway - they’ll pay you $1 per referral that you send over. They are not part of a wider affiliate program so you do it direct. This one is pretty simple.
  • Pay Per Post - I don’t agree with this model entirely but they have advertisers that will pay you to write about their products on your blog.
  • Pheedo - If you have an RSS feed, run it through Pheedo. Like Feedburner, they can include ads into your feed and if you really become large, advertisers will pay a premium for you to show their ads.
  • Shareasale.com - I’ve never really worked with them but I do have an account. They are similar to Commission Junction and Linkshare however they seem to have lower tiered companies with advertising offers.
  • Shoemoney - This is a blog that can teach you a ton on making money online. I’ve spent hours reading his old stuff.
  • Software Judge - They will pay you up to $50 to review software.
  • Text Link Ads - I have never made a dime here but I know people that have. You can earn by sending advertisers to them or by selling spots on your site. You must have a real site or blog to do this - nothing on a shared domain (i.e. /blogspot).
  • Vibrant Media - Don’t bother unless your site has 500,000 page views of text based content a month. If you have that readership, these are the guys that display bubble box ads to underlined words on your site.
  • West Work At Home Agent - Not entirely online but this is worth a mention because it’s won awards and is very legitimate. If you are an at-home Mom or free-lancer without work, you should check this out.
  • Yahoo! Merchant Solutions - This is a pretty simple and cheap way to create an online stores

How to make money on the internet

CASH FOR QUESTIONS
YouGov (www.yougov.com/uk/panel), the pollster, pays 50p-£1 for every survey. Ciao!, the shopping advice portal, pays £1-£5 for each questionnaire and payments are made by bank transfer after £5 has been earned. If you are a Ciao! The web is festooned with sites that promise the moon on a stick if you complete surveys or browse a website.

The Market Research Society – the trade body for UK market research companies – enables you to check whether a firm conforms to its code of practice at www.rbg.org.uk. If you don’t want to restrict yourself to UK firms, the pan-European equivalent is Esomar (directory.esomar.org). To check a US-based market researcher visit www.casro.org.

RECLAIM MONEY

Close to £1 billion is in dormant bank, building society or National Savings accounts that people have forgotten about or omitted from a will, according to the new MyLostAccount service ( www.mylostaccount.org.uk).

This site aims to reunite these accounts with their owners. Determined to reclaim excessive bank or credit-card charges? The crusading MoneySavingExpert.com has a regularly updated guide at here. Due to a recent Competition Commission ruling, consumers can claw back chunks of cash, plus interest – up to £24,000 says a recent Times Online feature.

MOONLIGHTING

The smartly designed Elance ( www.elance.com) enables you to pitch your skills for various freelance gigs. Workers and employers are both rated on the site. Some Elancers have earned hundreds of thousands of pounds.

For something less formal, Amazon’s Mechanical Turk ( www.mturk.com) will pay all-comers to take on tasks that computers can’t handle. Your expertise may be better rewarded by About.com ( beaguide.about.com), which pays people hundreds of pounds a month to become “guides” on their specialist subjects.

Part-time expert geeks or moonlighting mechanics who want to let prospective customers check availability or reserve appointments online should flit over to www.mybookingcalendar.com.

MAKE YOUR PASSION PAY

If you run an amateur website (or blog) on, say, local town history or beauty treatments why not turn this passion into cash? WordPress ( wordpress.com), its rival, is slightly more complex but free.
Your blog provider should provide instructions on setup – see Typepad’s step-by-step video at here.

If you blog about products readers may want to buy, Pricerunner, the price comparison engine, can show the cost of these items on your site. If a visitor clicks through to a Pricerunner advertiser, it will pay you 10p-33p a pop . An alternative here is Kelkoo’s TradeDoubler
Join Google’s AdSense and it will search your webpages and show relevant test-based ads alongside, say, your paean to vintage toasters. If the readers click, you get paid.

If you can swallow your pride, Blogsvertise ( www.blogsvertise.com) will slip you up to £12 for each favourable 100-word mention of one of its clients. Tempted?

The obvious destination for sales is eBay but serious sellers should separate themselves from the throng by creating an eBay shop using the free tools at here.

The Mr Site Takeaway Website provides everything you need – a .com web address, simple design software and a secure payments service – in one box. Many website hosting services such as 1&1 (www.1and1.co.uk) provide free tools for quickly designing a classy web store – and then you can even link it to eBay.

Backlink Solutions Update, and a traffic tip, Part 2

BackLink Solutions Review Series: Part 2…

I’m going to be chatting with one of the owners of BackLink Solutions tomorrow to find out exactly how best to get as much as possible out of Backlink Solutions.

I’m happy with the service, but I do see some oddities that could bear some explanation, and it will help me write a “Best Practices Guide” for those who decide to join Backlink Solutions via my affiliate link. I will also be making some videos for them if they let me.

Almost all link building services don’t offer a Best Practices Guide or any training, and just say, “hey, here’s the service, use it, support is given via help desk or forum, see ya… :( ).

One exception to this has been Unique Article wizard which has a fantastic back office, training area, and the explanations for everything are covered in good detail with videos all along the way, plus a Step-By-Step Wizard…

I will be posting part 3 of this BackLink Solutions review series soon.

In the meantime, here’s a cool way to link-build your way towards more traffic and it is also a way to crowd the front page of Google with multiple listings.

  1. Write 2 EzineArticles articles optimized for a certain keyword or keyphrase, and get them published.
  2. Each of these articles should have a mid-article (but below the fold) backlink using anchor text to 2 pieces of virtual real estate (blog posts, lenses, hub pages, etc..) which are optimized for that same term.
  3. Now get links to all of those articles and blog posts and lenses and what-not and you will start seeing results.
  4. The articles will be the easiest ones to get ranked well, plus the sites they’re linking to from within the body of the articles will, at some point, be getting a backlink from an “EZA” with a PageRank of 1 or 2

Go to Google and do a search for “linkvana review” and/or “secret affiliate code review” and you’ll see two examples of this in action.

The reason why you want to write 2 back-to-back articles on EZA is so the search engines choose these ones as the one they’ll display with the indented listings.

From what I can tell from watching this, it seems that the first article published will always get top billing (the first of the two indented listings) no matter what you do.

After linking to your articles, you’ll get a double listing in Google, and the sites you’re linking to from those articles will soon follow or maybe even precede those articles on Page 1.

This is a method for getting 4 FOUR page 1 listings in Google, not just one, and it’s easy to do IF you know how…

And now YOU know how… :)

BackLink Solutions - What is it? Part 1 of the Review

Backlink Solutions is a one-way link building service that has introduced what is known as 3.0 linking to the SEO world.

Well, they’re not introducing it, but they’ve coined the phrase 3.0 linking and what it means is this:

3.0 linking combines the power of one way links back to your site with the much-needed social bookmarking links for rounding out your link acquisitions.

Long-stroy short… you get a variety of links here, and they’re permanent, not temporary like NeuroLinker, 3waylinks, and even Automated Link Building.

NOTE: Automated Link Building. is still free at the time of this writing.

Since this is part 1 of the BackLink Solutions review, I’m going to go into detail here about what BackLink Solutions is. The next post will tell you how and why it works…

  • And why it blows the competition away… :)
  • And why you’ll be blowing your SEO competition out of the water, no joke

BackLink Solutions is another one of those blog networks where you submit an article, but what makes them better than the rest of the blog networks is that you don’t have to write 250-word articles in order to get backlinks generated.

What you do with “BLS” is you write blurbs, much like the way blurbs are needed when using LinkVana, but BLS only requires that you write 60-word blurbs and they also have a spinner tool that allows you to spin your blurbs for massive “blurb-creation”.

Now… BackLink Solutions only allows 1 backlink per blurb but that’s OK because you really don’t want more than that per blurb/article.

The ability to generate numerous blurbs means you’re generating the potential for a massive amount of backlinks…!

Having used them for over 4 months now, I’ve seen how well their system works once you get to “blurbing” away and becoming comfortable with their back-end system.

However… the social bookmarking feature is only available in the higher-priced membership, but that’s also where you’re going to be tapping into a network of blogs with great link juice.

But to fully answer the question of what BackLink Solutions is. simply put is a one-way backlinks generation services that uses a network of blogs to backlink to you by hosting-and-posting min-articles, or blurbs you create.

The more powerful features and blogs are available at the higher level membership (of course!) and using either level membership is going to provide you with backlinks

The 4 Most Important Tips to Increase Website Traffic

The Increase Website Traffic Tips revealed here in this article are so basic, you’ll kick yourself for not knowing them sooner.

So here are what I consider the 4 most important tips that will increase website traffic for you:

1- Picking a niche that has a lot of interest.

The right niche is important a niche topic that is already getting a lot of traffic. Many marketers gravitate towards the “IM Niche” but there’s far less traffic in that niche than there is in the “real world”, where people are searching for celebrity news, gossip, rumors, scandal, sports, medical maladies etc…

So picking a topic that is already getting large volumes of traffic is a sure-fire way to divert some of that pre-existing traffic to your sites.

#2 and #3 - Have a good marriage.

Yes, be happily married by having your on-page optimization helping out the off-page optimization factors that affect how much traffic you could be getting with higher rankings in the search engines.

On-page optimization means building your site the right way and it’s very important because your off-page optimization and external influences will not be that effective is your site design is self-limited.

By off-page factors I mean 2 things, the first being what was written in part 1, that there has to be a pre-existing amount of heavy traffic going to sites in order to get some of it for yourself. The other way to increase website traffic via off-page optimization factors is getting people to link back to your site naturally, and the best way to do that is to write good content.

#4 - The best way to attain and increase website traffic is to write good content and to engage with your site visitors.

I know it sounds like a lot of work, but creating good content is really the best way to get traffic from other sites because other people in your niche have the responsibility of providing their readers with good information, so if you have good content on your sites, then you’ve made their job a lot easier.

Daniel McGonagle is an expert at achieving high rankings with all of his websites. His free newsletter shows you how to increase website traffic and get high rankings via the most effective traffic generation methods possible.

Article Source: Increase Website Traffic

One more tip: If you RE-publish an EzineArticle’s article that YOU wrote on your site (like I did here see above), don’t just link to it like everyone else does by leaving straight text link. Instead, put anchor text behind the link before publishing your republished article.

About Increase WebSite Traffic Tips

Increase WebSite Traffic Tips is dedicated to discussing effective ways of getting top rankings in the search engines which will result in you getting the targeted traffic you want in the numbers you want.

There are so many “traffic gurus” out there revealing how they added a few simple tweaks to their pre-exisiting traffic generation methods to increase their traffic.

What They Don’t Tell You…

Since their sites are already getting traffic, making small tweaks that increase conversion are going to work for them…

Not for you. not now, but for them since they’re already getting traffic and merely optimizing their methods for getting more traffic to their sites.

My goal for this Increase Traffic Tips website:

I will show you how to achieve top rankings quickly via OFF-Site optimization techniques and ON-Site optimization techniques.

I was a “traffic newbie” once and didn’t have a clue, now my sites rank highly with multiple spots on page 1 for all the terms I choose, but it can be simple…

To Increase WebSite Traffic you need a happy marriage between on-page and off-page influences. When this happy pairing is achieved, you get your desired results in top rankings and traffic.

However, when it comes to Increasing your WebSite Traffic, remember that not all traffic is the same, and less can sometimes be more…

The Two Best Placements For Your Blog's AdSense Code

AdSense is a great way to earn extra money through advertising on your web page. Knowing the two best spots on your site that will act as the best placement for your ad blocks is a huge key to increasing your earnings.

Under Your Main Heading

When a person clicks onto your web site, the first thing they see is the heading on your home page. This makes the spot right underneath the heading the best placement for your AdSense blocks.

You want your ad blocks to be instantly visible and attractive to the people who visit your site. One of the great things about AdSense is that they make their ads directly relevant to the content of your website. As soon as your viewers are hooked in by your super cool heading, they will naturally look below it to the ad block. The fact that the AdSense ads are relevant will greatly increase the chances that your viewers will click onto one of the ads and generate advertising revenue for you.

After Key Text

Whether your blog is a music review hotspot or an insurance brokerage, you are likely to have blocks of text on your site. Aside from below the heading, the best placement for your AdSense blocks is right below key text on your site. The ad blocks can be either image banners or text, and if you place a text AdSense block right after the text on your page, your viewers are likely to consider the ads part of your website and are likely to click the ad link to discover addition information pertaining to the text they just read. Cool!

Make Money With Google - Post Links on Google and Earn Lots of Money!

The search engine generation is expanding in a big way. People are getting richer with each passing day just by posting links on Google. There is dilemma among the people regarding how to make money with Google. Making money with it sounds interesting as host of FAQs are fired upon us asking about the credibility of this practice. The process to make money with Google seems to be a lucrative and flexible approach in terms of earning big bucks.

Google has become a household name by introducing ad sense. It came as a constant source of earnings for many who can now log onto his or her computer and start making money.

What is AdSense?

It is the latest advertising software launched to earn more money out of it. Website owners as well as blog owners can monetize their site by enrolling in this program, which is free of cost. They allow text, image and lately video advertisements. The ads which will be flashed at their website and blogs are administered by major search engine. If someone clicks these sponsored ads, it generates revenue which is later shared with the website owner. That's how links on Google became a money-generating machine. Most advertisers are investing lots of money in online medium because of the high rate of traffic. According to a survey about 80 percent of US population stay online throughout the day.

If you don't have a website or a blog, you needn't worry much as you can create one very easily. After creating your own website or a blog, you can easily monetize them by using ad sense and make money with Google.

You post links on Google by creating articles for your site. You should always give a suitable title in order to get picked by search engine thus inviting more traffic to your site. After it recognizes your article, your site will automatically pick up lots of links based on the keywords of article. Mostly people who visit your article would hunt for getting more information about the related topic and they finally ends up clicking the links on Google and that's how you can get your share.

How to Make Money From Google - First You Need a Website - Here Are 5 Ways to Create an AdSense Site

Google calls its ad publishing network "Google AdSense." You can partner with Google as a publisher of their ads, but as a caveat, you must have a website.

There are different options for accomplishing this, so lets start from the simplest and move on up the complexity scale. Here are the 5 ways that you can acquire a website to partner with Google and earn a check:

  1. Create a blog on Blogger. Blogger is Google's blogging platform. As a member, you can create a niche blog, in whatever niche you want and opt to show AdSense ads on your site. Look for the option that says "Monetize" read and agree to the terms, and apply to become a publisher. Once you're approved you're set as an AdSense publisher. I should mention that once you're approved for an AdSense account, you can publish AdSense ads on any site. I won't go into much more detail than that, but really there's not much more than what I just said. In my opinion, this is the easiest way to become an AdSense publisher.
  2. Create a Squidoo lens. Don't know what Squidoo is? Squidoo is a site that lets you publish a website, that they call a "lens." The beauty of Squidoo, is that there's no AdSense application process like there is with blogger, just sign up and go. There is a bit of a learning curve to figuring out how to build a good lens, what topics to write about etc. but all in all, publishing a lens is an easy way to partner with Google.
  3. A self hosted WordPress site. At this level, you need to have a hosting account that lets you install WordPress, and then have a WordPress installation. This method takes more study than the previous steps in that you need to understand how to post to the blog, add and update files on the blog and several other admin functions that are handled for you in the previous methods.
  4. Hard coded AdSense site. This is the most complex of the single site options since it requires you to manually code your website in either Dreamweaver, Front Page, NVU, Notepad or some other HTML editor. This is not for the timid. You'll still need to have a hosting account plus whatever other functionality you need for your coded site to work.
  5. A mini-network. This entails combining all or some of the above options to create a small network of sites that feed each other traffic. This is the most complicated method since it involves all of the previous methods in order to work properly. I advise you stay away from mini-nets because of their complexity, unless you have someone dedicated to running it for you.

I suggest starting off at the first or second stage and then moving up the scale as you get more comfortable with the network and start to see some clicks coming in. It takes time and patience to start making regular money with AdSense.

How to Use PPC to Earn Easy Google Profits

It seems that the allure of working from home and making a living from your computer has reached new heights. Everyone around the net seems to be talking about how they are earning easy Google profits and to no surprise everyone has their own version of how to do it best. Now in order to clear up any confusion about all the different Google cash kits out there I want to explain the real ways of making money from home.

Prior to getting started or purchasing any training kits you should understand the real ways to earn easy Google profits. The way that the search giant works is that it acts a intermediary between advertisers, customers, and webmasters. It allows for advertisers to pay for targeted traffic and split those profits with webmasters who allow the posting of those ads on their websites.

From the customers standpoint they have access to all sorts of research in Google's organic search in addition to instant deals and offers being displayed to match their search terms. Thus in this marriage of commerce and search Google stands in the middle, with tons of money changing hands leaving many entries for someone to come in and make easy Google profits.

I want to back up now and discuss the first way that you can make money from Google which is through AdSense. This is a program that many website owners take advantage of and some are even earning six figures from it. When you sign up for this program you are allowing Google to place relevant ads on to your website. Each time one of your visitors clicks on those ads you get paid a portion relative to what that keyword is worth to advertisers.

This can be anywhere from pennies to over ten dollars per click. This is the first method that you can use to earn easy Google profits. The main key here is to have a website that receives a lot of traffic, as the more people you have the more percentage of people you will have clicking on your ads. There are tons of Google cash kits devoted to showing people the best way to set up sites to get visitors to click on ads.

The other way to make an easy Google profit is to use the second advertising system that Google has to offer which is AdWords. This system allows you to cut through the difficult process of having to rank your sites in the organic search by allowing you to pay for instant exposure to searchers. With this method you can market an unlimited amount of products by paying for every click that Google sends your way.

This method is usually reserved for experienced marketers and no Google cash kit can really prepare for how quickly you can lose money if you do not have the right sales methods set up. However if you learn the right way to leverage both of these systems you truly will be on your way to an easy Google profit.

5 Keys to AdSense Success

AdSense is the easiest way to turn a profit form your site. You see the ads everywhere about how you can earn $25,000 a month using Google AdSense. Most of those are fictitious at best, but it is possible to make money from the program. AdSense is basically an affiliate program for Google. You allow them to host ads on your site and anytime someone clicks, you get paid. The exact amount you will make on each click varies since the price per click (PPC) varies, but you will make something each time there is a click at least.

Since it's inception the burning question has been, "how do I make more with AdSense?". Luckily, there are some pretty simple steps you can take to ensure that your AdSense campaigns will be profitable. Adhering to the following rules will make your ads more appealing and, in turn, generate more revenue from your site. You may not make $300 dollars a day at first (or ever), but you can at least start bringing in some extra.

  1. First things first, your AdSense location is tantamount to your ads' performance. If you bury the AdSense banner somewhere on the site it may not be noticed. Websites tend to get wordy and a text ad can blend in like a chameleon in the wrong settings. You should try to place your ads to the right of the page. This ensures that your visitor will 'bump' into it during the course of reading your page.
  2. When designing your ad using the AdSense tools, you should try to make it look like less of an ad. You can customize the colors of the AdSense block of ads while setting up the ads. You should match the ads to the layout and feel of your site so it is more natural. An ad that looks like an ad, much like a car salesman, gets the cold shoulder as soon as it shows up. To avoid your ad being ignored, you want it to fit the flow and text of the page.
  3. Keywords! Keywords can be the lifeblood or the death of your ads and site. As a budding webmaster, you may feel the need to snag every single keyword that looks relevant to your site. Refrain from that mistake. You can lose visitors if you lead them in with a keyword that was close, but doesn't match your site. Worse than that, you will lose money through AdSense because no one will be coming to your site. Example, you take the term Golf Shoes as a keyword, but your site is about Golf in general. An internet search, diligently, offers your page to someone who just needs new shoes. They look at your site for a few moments and are gone never to return. Choose your keywords wisely.
  4. Content. Make sure you actually have something worth reading on your site or you would be lucky to get people there. AdSense will pay you money off of user clicks, but it will not attract the users to your site. Your content has to be solid so people will see the site and want to stay there. The chances that a return visitor will click an ad are better than a one time fly by. Build your site and your AdSense will grow.
  5. Remove clutter. This one deserves an article or two in itself. We have all seen it. There are pages out there that you would swear are paying by the pixel. You shouldn't feel the need to cram everything on your site into one page. Utilize the white space well and people will find it more attractive. The more attractive your page is, the better the chance someone will stay on the page and subsequently, click an ad (ka-ching).

PPC Publishing Website Selection - Your Mistake

With PPC publishing, there are plenty of ways to make a mistake. A mistake here could be costly since individuals who come to your website may have no ability or willingness to buy directly from your website. In other words, they are there for the wrong reason and because they clicked on a link, you are now responsible for paying for that click. That is definitely not worth your time or your investment.

That is not to say that this method does not work. Rather, you need to find websites that have some relation to your own. The people going to that website should be qualified leads, people who are more likely going to want what you have to offer. Here are some tips for website selection.

· Do not choose just any website. Before making a decision, spend some time at the website. Learn it, and whom the traffic is coming from it. This is particularly easy to do with a blog.

· Look for sites that are in some way related to your own. For example, perhaps you sell windows. You do not want to have your link on a site that is not in some way in relation to this. Rather, choose a home improvement site.

Not every website is a candidate for your link. Keep in mind that PPC publishing is still a highly effective and deeply discounted way of getting qualified leads to your website. However, if you invest just a bit more time in choosing the right websites, every click will mean something to your bottom line.

Make Money With AdSense

I know many of you want to make money with AdSense. And I also know that many of you have been making miserable money out of AdSense, even though you have reasonable amount of traffic to your site. Each day your AdSense is merely earning you "pennies and dimes", so to speak.

Here is one very important tip for those who want to make money with Google AdSense. Select your niches wisely.

Your content is excellent, the website is well designed and the ads are positioned in spots that are known to convert well, yet the amount per click is disappointingly low, right?

So, what is the problem? Simple. You are targeting the wrong market. You see the price per click of AdSense varies. Some advertisers pay a lot of money in some niches, whereas in some other niches, you can only get one cent per click . So it's very important to know what kind of money is spent on any given niche before you decide to target it.

For instance, the student loan niche is known to be an extremely high paying niche. So are niches like the credit card, weigh loss and debt consolidation. They are all high paying niches as well. Find out which are the high paying niches.

That is the reason why you need to pick your niche correctly if you want to make money with AdSense. Choosing the right niche can make a vast difference in your earnings.

So, how do you know which are high paying niches? Use the free PPC analysis tool SPYFU. It can provide estimates on what people are currently paying per click for keywords and phrases. It doesn't tell you how much you'll be getting per click on your adverts per se. But it provides you the estimates of cost per click paid by advertisers. Or you can use Google AdWords Keyword Tool to find out the estimated average cost per click.

The next time before you start a site to make money with Google AdSense, do your homework. Look for only profitable niches and you are on the way to riches!

How to Make Money With AdSense the Way the Pros Do

Hello my fellow affiliate internet marketer. So you want to learn how to be a AdSense publisher? Then your in the right place because I have found a great way to make AdSense money with little effort. You see the problem with people that have tried to make money with AdSense, and failed is that they didn't try enough niches at one time.

Often someone that wishes to make money with AdSense will choose a market that is really hard to gain immediate traffic for clicks to take place. Take online dating. So many dating sites out there, even free ones. So if the average joe wants to start a dating website they are in for a run for there money. I give you and example of AdSense, and lets just say that this person makes a living from Google AdSense. This fellow runs a free online dating site. This site could bring in big revenue in AdSense. Well the person doesn't just have an average niche site, he has chosen one of the largest markets to get a piece of in the world! Now that may not matter or apply to you. Just take this example that I gave you for what its worth. The person tryed to go for a market that was very competitive. They probably had a ton of dating blogs that they started. They probably worked really hard at promoting all those blogs for a good month maybe even two. That doesn't matter, because some dating sites take years to get to the point of making big money. So pick a relatively small niche market that is not being covered very well and exploit it with AdSense.

Ok so enough about examples of AdSense. I am going to layout a newbies recipe for AdSense. First thing to do is pick several niches out. If you are having trouble trying to figure out what niches to use, go to the DMOZ internet directory, and use there categories as an outline. The key for picking the right niche is to find something that no one else has, or with very few competitors. To start out I would choose 12 niches.

After you have chosen your niches then you want to go to Google keyword tool. To get there, just go to Google.com and type in "keyword tool" and they will always come up as the first result for keyword tool. Go to that link, and then you can start trying out your keywords for the 12 different niches that you have. Type in your keyword and click search. Then take notice to the to drop down boxes. The one on the far right, you'll want to change to "exact". The one at the top just above the keywords results you will want

to choose the "CPC" option. Then once you have done that you'll want to click the link just above the average CPC results column. Click this link twice to bring you the highest paying keywords for AdSense. I start with the highest paying ones and then I work my way down all the way until it goes to a dollar. Anything below a dollar really isn't worth my time, since I figure the one click that I get on my site for the day starting out being 5 cents, is not going to make my pocket book feel any fuller. So you get the picture. Starting out I would use longer tail keywords so that you can gain traffic sooner, and then work you're way up to the bigger paying keywords.

7 Powerful Ways To Make Money From Adsense Using Only Free Tools

There is really no doubting that there are amazing incomes currently being made on Google Adsense and the really interesting thing is that even relatively small sites and blogs are finding new ways to make money from their Adsense sites every day.

Actually there are a lot of increasingly creative ways to make money and maximize on Adsense earnings that are being discovered and also being put to use every day. And what’s even more fascinating is the fact that most of these tools being used don’t cost anything. They are actually free. Here are 7 of the most effective currently being used.

a) Ways to make money from Adsense by Distributing articles through ezine and article announcement lists

Some of the most effective methods ways to make money from Adsense clicks involve the simple step of just increasing the volume of targeted traffic to a site. One of the ways of doing this is by distributing interesting content to ezine lists and article announcement lists. It is not too difficult to quickly build a list that reaches a million or so email boxes and can thus give a lot of visibility and drive tons of highly targetd traffic to your Adsense site or sites. Probably the most popular place for doing this is at Yahoo groups, but there are a few others that you can find easily by using your favorite search engine.

Success here depends on three main factors. Firstly you should be careful to join article announcement lists and ezine lists that are as relevant as possible to your subject matter and offering. Secondly your headline has to be a killer headline that will grab readers by the scruffs of their necks and force them to open your email message amongst the dozens or even hundreds of others they receive daily. It goes without saying that the content must meet the promise of your sensational headline. Anything less will cause annoyance and leave all those potential visitors to your Adsense site feeling cheated. And believe me, you don’t want to cause this sort of reaction because it is definitely not one of the ways o make money from Adsense or any other program for that matter. Thirdly, you will need the sort of resource box in all your articles that will leave most of your readers with no option but to visit your Adsense site.

Within a very short of consistently applying this technique, my daily Adsense earnings increased seven-fold.

b) Ways to make money from Adsense by Distributing free articles to high traffic article sites
Some people find the recent trends that have seen an increase in article sites surprising. I don’t. The net is primarily an information-seeking tool. Anything that will help improve the search and quality of information will greatly benefit the people making that effort.

Some of the older article directories receive very high traffic, mainly from web masters and site owners seeking quality free content for their sites. So apart from the immediate exposure these sites also guarantee plenty of future targeted traffic to your site, when folks find your articles useful enough to re-post at their sites.

The more new articles you release to these sites every week, the more targeted traffic your Adsense sites will receive. This is in fact one of the most effective ways of making money consistently from Adsense clicks. One of the reasons for this is that targeted traffic will tend to spend more time at your site or sites, and the more time they spend, the higher the chances that they will click one one of the Adsense ads posted there.

c) Ways to make money from Adsense by Using Articles And A Viral Marketing Website

Any online marketing technique that involves the use of referral marketing or viral marketing automatically has a huge chance of being a success. The net is ideal for viral marketing and in fact gives any viral marketer huge leverage. Viral marketing or referral marketing is one of the most effective ways to make money online. Just ask Bill Gates.

When Gates was trying to play catch up on the Internet after an earlier mistake of underestimating the future importance of the net, he launched his Hotmail free email service when rivals like Yahoo already had millions of users. He decided to use a simple referral marketing technique. Every Hotmail message that went out had a brief signature at the end requesting the recipient to sign up for their free Hotmail account. Within a few short months, Hotmail had millions of users. And there are many other amazing stories which viral marketing boasts of on the net.

There is one of the very simple ways to make money from Adsense by going viral. Sign up at a leading viral marketing site. You will automatically get your own viral site. You can then use some of your articles to point people to your viral site. The way these sites work is that anybody who signs up at your site will have to visit your Adsense site if you register it at the site. So within a very short time you will be driving thousands of visitors to your Adsense site.

Find more details on this at my blog whose address you'll find in the resource box below.

Admittedly this traffic is less targeted. Still the huge potential and possible numbers you are able to receive using this free tool more than makes up for this.

d) Ways to make money from Adsense With Your Email signature

People greatly underestimate the power and potential effectiveness of a simple email signature as one of the ways to make money online. Actually this is a viral marketing method because emails get forwarded all the time and are even copied to several other people sometimes.

Do not waste another minute. Go to all your email accounts right now and create a signature that points to your Adsense site or sites.

Writing effective email signatures is a skill that you will have to develop, but I have found that using famous quotes is more effective than a straight advertising message. Always remember that people hate to be advertised to online.

e) Ways to make money from Adsense By Asking Questions At Discussion groups

I recently had an interesting conversation with a young Internet and computer techie. He asked me whether there were quick ways to make money online by answering technical questions and helping people to solve their computer and web-related problems. My answer was that there were many discussion groups where participants would get these answers for free. I advised him that he had a better chance of making money by making use of this free advice available online rather than by trying to sell his own advice.

There are tons of online discussion groups where leading world experts will answer your questions and give you valuable insight for free. It is amazing why most people do not think of using these online forums to learn as much as they can about the most effective ways of making money from Adsense.

These forums can easily be found through you favorite search engine.

f) Ways to make money from Adsense By Bartering your online skills for valuable Adsense keywords

In the old days, before the invention of money, if somebody needed something, the first question they asked themselves was; “What is it that I already have that I can exchange for what I need? Barter trade seems to have been forgotten but it is a very powerful method of trading. More so online where people have plenty of skills but are slow to trust others enough to send them money for an item they need.

You can barter whatever it is you have, your skills, products or services, and exchange them for genuine valuable Adsense keywords. Valuable Adsense keywords are the most effective way for a small site with low traffic to earn big cash from Adsense. And you can do this barter trade on an ongoing basis so that you always have a constant supply of valuable Adsense keywords which you can use at your site or blog as one of the ways to make more money from Adsense.
